Robilliard Building & Design respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and in the course of our work, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect
When you contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, your property's suburb and details about your project. If we work together, we collect the information needed to deliver your project, such as site addresses, plans and approvals.
When you browse our website, we and our service providers collect standard technical information such as your device type, browser, pages visited and general location, using cookies and similar technologies. This is described in the analytics and advertising section below.
If you call us from one of our Google ads, Google may log details of the call such as your number, and the call's time and duration, so we can measure our advertising. Calls are not recorded.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver building projects, meet our legal and licensing obligations, improve our website, and understand which of our marketing brings people to us. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Website analytics and advertising
Our website uses these tools:
Google Analytics. Helps us understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and how people found us. Data is collected via cookies and processed by Google. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Meta pixel. Lets us show our work on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our website, and measures whether our ads lead to enquiries. Data is collected via cookies and processed by Meta. You can manage the ads you see at facebook.com/adpreferences, and opt out of cookies on Meta's platforms through your account settings.
Squarespace analytics. Our website platform collects basic visitor statistics for us.
You can also limit or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings. The website works without them.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers who make our business run: our website platform, email provider, analytics and advertising platforms named above, and the consultants, certifiers and suppliers involved in delivering a building project. Some providers, including Google and Meta, may process data outside Australia, including in the United States, under their own privacy policies. We do not give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including access controls on our systems and accounts. We keep project records for as long as our legal and warranty obligations require, and enquiry records only as long as they are useful.
Access, correction and questions
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@robilliardbuilding.com or call (07) 5455 6226 and we will sort it out promptly.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first and we will do our best to fix it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our tools or practices change, and note the date at the top. The current version always lives on this page.
