Custom homes we've built
LITTLE COVE, NOOSA HEADS
A charred timber pavilion home on the edge of Little Cove, completed in 2018 and featured in Vogue Living. Black pavilions step around a courtyard lawn, with an infinity pool in the trees, a wine cellar, a home lift and an outdoor bath among the elephant ears.
CASTAWAYS BEACH
A sculptural home at Castaways Beach, designed with Frank Macchia and completed in 2017. Fluid white curves, sweeping overhangs and curved timber decks that pushed conventional construction techniques, delivered without compromise.
NOOSA HEADS
Winner of the 2013 Master Builders House of the Year. A resort style family retreat across two riverfront blocks in Noosa Heads, rendered forms and stone built around the original tennis court.

No two custom homes price the same, and the drivers are size, site and finishes: a steep or beachfront block builds differently to a flat one, and the same floor plan can vary widely with the materials you choose. We give you a detailed, accurate price before contract, and a complimentary consultation gets you a realistic range early.

Either way works. Bring your architect or designer and we build to their documents, or we can bring in the building designers and interior designers we've delivered award winning homes with, and run design and build under one roof.

Yes. Once the design and selections are locked in, we offer fixed price contract options so the budget holds. Where something genuinely can't be fixed early, we tell you up front rather than surprise you later.

It depends on size, site and complexity. What we promise is a full timeline mapped out before you sign, honest scheduling, and regular updates the whole way through, so the finish date you plan around is a real one.

Yes, and some of our best homes came off them. Steep sites, beachfront exposure and tight coastal streets are familiar ground: Boonburrh sits on the edge of Little Cove and Tropicana steps down its block at Castaways Beach. The block shapes the design, it doesn't limit it.

Yes, many of our clients do exactly that. First conversations happen by video call, and once you're underway you get photo and video updates, scheduled calls and one point of contact until handover.
