Santika is a full townhouse renovation in the heart of Noosaville, delivering a complete internal transformation with a focus on improving functionality, flow and long-term durability. Working within the existing footprint, the project involved extensive demolition, structural adjustments, upgrades, and the installation of high-quality finishes throughout.

The renovation included a full kitchen and bathroom rebuild, custom joinery installation, updated flooring, and new lighting and electrical layouts to maximise natural light and usability.
